The Makita UX01GZ Multi-Function Power Head is powered by a 40V Li-ion battery and Brushless motor with high power that provides (high 0 ~ 9,700, medium 0 ~ 8,200, low 0 ~ 5,700 RPM) allowing the user to adjust the speed according to the application. This Multi-Function Power Head is designed for a wide range of garden and agricultural applications, for users with multiple garden applications with different attachments, which reduces the need for purchasing multiple tools. The reverse switch makes it easy to remove grass clippings from the cutting tool. Additionally, Extreme Protection Technology (XPT) offers maximum protection against dust, debris, and liquids for optimal performance in extreme conditions, Active Feedback Sensing Technology automatically turns off the motor if a sudden stoppage occurs, and the constant speed to maintain speed under load, Brake for increased operator safety and avoiding accidents, the soft start to ensure smooth starting.
