It is designed in compliance with international standards and features high functionality and efficient performance. The main body of the machine is made of high-quality spheroidal cast iron monoblock that has been completely redesigned to eliminate any type of welding, resulting in a much lighter machine. Bar adjusting screws and anti-repeater are included as standard features.
Simpedil Steel Bar Cutting Machine Features:

On each cutting machine, 2 hardened steel blades are already fitted. Each blade has four cutting edges.
Allows perfect alignment of one rod or more between the blades and the achievement of perfectly perpendicular cuts.
It is composed of 3 greasing points easy to access. This makes maintenance easier.
Special manual pump with flow adjuster, for constant and easy lubrication of all the parts subjected to a possible block.
This system is recommended when a working bench is used to lay the bars, allowing the operator to work maintaining a correct posture and minimizing the effort.
