The Simpedil Steel Rod Bending Machine P38TTF15 is designed to efficiently and precisely bend steel bars up to 34mm in diameter, making it suitable for even the toughest jobs. Special hardened steel gears and pinions constantly operate in an oil bath in a sturdy reduction gear casing.
The Telemecanique switchboard is enclosed in a sturdy metal box and is thus protected against any knocks and blows.
The frame structure and protection guard prevent moving gears, belts, and driving parts from coming into contact with the outside.
The access door to the inside features a Safety switch that stops the machine in case of accidental opening.
The safety switch prevents the bending operation as long as the moving guard remains open.
The two start controls ( one button on the control panel and one pedal unit with a protection device against accidental pressing) are of the “hold to run” type, meaning they have to be kept pressed to ensure operation.
The P38 Evo bending bar is designed for bending iron bars up to a maximum of Ø 34 mm (1,34 inches).
